Cub Scout Pack 733 is for children in grades K-5 in the Alice M. Barrows Elementary school district. We are a large, inclusive Pack with an active calendar. We welcome all genders and are always open to new members.

Pinewood Derby – Car Cut Event (Optional)
Sunday, January 4th, 1:00-3:00pm — Woburn Scout Shop, 2 Tower Office Park, Woburn, MA
This is an optional event to help prepare for the Pinewood Derby. Cub Scouts may bring their Pinewood Derby kit to the Scout Shop, where they can decide what shape they want and Scout Shop staff will cut it out for them on a bandsaw; there is no charge for cutting. For a small cost, Cub Scouts may purchase Pinewood Derby weights that staff will install for the optimal weight and balance. To reduce the length of the line, we will have a staggered start time – 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders come at 1:00pm and Kindergarteners, 1st, and 2nd graders come at 1:45pm; families with two or more Cub Scouts may choose whichever start time they prefer.
Pinewood Derby – Car Impound Event
Friday, January 23, 2026, evening (exact time to be determined) – Barrows Cafetorium
Cub Scouts may bring their completed Pinewood Derby car to Barrows to have it weighed and impounded the evening before the Derby event. This helps to ensure that each Pinewood Derby car meets the requirements in advance of race day. Cub Scouts may drop off their car at any time during the Impound Event. Check back again closer to the date for more info!
Pinewood Derby – Race Day
Saturday, January 24, 2026, morning (exact time to be determined) – Barrows Cafetorium
